Prospera Financial Planning Ltd is an investment services company providing access to global financial markets. We offer execution-only investment services across a range of instruments including equities, ETFs, bonds, options, and investment portfolios. We do not provide personalised investment advice.
Client Categorisation
Clients are categorised as Retail Clients or Professional Clients in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements. Retail Clients receive the highest level of regulatory protection. Professional Clients may receive a reduced level of protection in exchange for access to additional products and services. You may request a different categorisation, subject to meeting the relevant criteria.
Investment Risks
All investments carry risk. The value of investments and the income from them can fall as well as rise, and you may get back less than you originally invested. Past performance is not a reliable guide to future performance. Before investing, you should carefully consider your investment objectives, time horizon, risk tolerance, and financial situation. Where applicable, you should seek independent financial advice.
Execution Policy
We are required to take all sufficient steps to obtain the best possible result for our clients when executing orders. Our Best Execution Policy sets out the factors we consider, including price, costs, speed, likelihood of execution, and other relevant factors. Conflicts of Interest
We maintain a Conflicts of Interest Policy designed to identify and manage any actual or potential conflicts that may arise in the course of our business. Complaints Procedure
We are committed to providing an excellent level of service. If you have a complaint about any aspect of our service, please contact us in writing at complaints@prosperafinancialplanning.com. We will acknowledge your complaint within 5 business days and aim to resolve it within 8 weeks. If we are unable to resolve your complaint to your satisfaction, you may have the right to refer it to the relevant financial ombudsman service in your jurisdiction.
Investor Compensation
Client funds are held in segregated accounts separate from our own funds. In the event of our insolvency, your funds would be protected. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions and client agreement for full details on the protections applicable to your account.
Tax Considerations
The tax treatment of your investments will depend on your individual circumstances and may be subject to change. We recommend that you seek independent tax advice. We provide transaction reports and portfolio statements to assist you in completing your tax obligations, but we are not responsible for any tax liabilities arising from your use of our platform.
